If you apply to any of our semester or year program starting in January or August, you can apply for one of our scholarships. Every year, we award up to 20 scholarships, from $1,500 to $2,500 (depending on the number of scholarship applicants and the quality of the applications).

To apply for an STS scholarship, you will be required to create a short video on your life in Australia introducing yourself to your future host family overseas. You will also be required to provide us with some reference letters from your school principal, teacher(s) and employers if any.

Please note that you can only apply for an STS scholarship once you have been accepted on our program. It is also important for you to make sure that you can afford the program fee without the scholarship.

The application deadline for scholarships is April 30 (August departure) and October 15 (January departure).

The scholarship winners are selected by STS's jury (Head Office Staff), confirmed to each applicant in writing and announced on our website & fan page on Facebook.
