Your language trip in Malta includes so much more than just English lessons. Your leaders will organise tons of fun excursions and activities that will let you experience the best Malta has to offer together with your brand-new friends. Activities in Malta include a half day in the country’s beautiful capital, Valletta, a full-day excursion to the beautiful island of Comino with its famous Blue Lagoon as well as multiple beach days. In addition to these activities, your leaders will also put together STS Student Parties with music, snacks and tons of dancing. The best way to end an adventure-filled day.

About Malta

Malta is located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, between the North African coast and Sicily. The island is famous for its historical culture, long sand beaches dotted with iconic Maltese boats and the unique architecture of its castles and temples. The country is made up of three islands (Malta, Gozo and Comino)

Traveling to Malta

No matter where you fly from, our staff will meet you at the airport when you arrive at Malta International Airport. Our leaders will either take you to your resort with all the other students. All activities are led by our dedicated and experienced staff who will ensure your stay in Malta is both safe and fun.

Weather and Climate

Malta has a subtropical Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers, contrasted by average winter temperatures of about 15°C. The summers are always sunny and rain-free, but the winters can be cloudy and stormy. Temperatures in the spring and autumn hang around 20°C, which means the swimming season extends from April all the way to October. In July and August, temperatures frequently exceed 30°C, so be prepared for some hot days lasting from morning until late at night.
