The Alliance, an association for international educational and cultural exchange, serves as a collective public policy voice for the international educational and cultural exchange community in the USA.
The Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to the quality of international educational travel and exchange for youth at the high school level. STS has been listed for many years.
The Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) is a nationally recognized accrediting agency in the USA that focuses on educational quality, the continuous assessment of educational practices, and assistance to member institutions in the improvement of their programmes.
STS is an inaugural member of the New Zealand Council for Intercultural Education, which aims to promote international peace, understanding and goodwill by helping people develop the skills necessary for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world through experiencing life in another country and community. Membership to the NZCIE is dependant on being an approved EPO, a signatory to the New Zealand Ministry of Educations Code of Practice for the Pastrol Care of International Students and accepting NZCIE Principles of Good Practice for Intercultural Education.
The World Youth Student & Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation is a non-profit association of youth and student travel operators. They are dedicated to supporting the global industry and connecting the organisations that serve young people who travel to study, work and grow.
The National Union of Educational, Linguistic and Language Training Organisation (UNOSEL) in France is an association that brings together language courses, summer camps and educational school trip organisations, all of which must meet the requirements of the Unosel label to be eligible for membership.
Our language courses in the UK are provided by our sister company Language Study Centres, which is accredited by the British Council, the world’s most well-respected accreditation for Language Travel. Being accredited by the British Council is a stamp of quality that you can trust, ensuring that our courses, materials, staff and accommodation meet the high standards set by the Council.
STS is a member of English UK, the national association of English language centres. English UK members must pass Accreditation UK inspections, a scheme run and developed with the British Council, which insists on high-quality care and teaching.
