The journey to your destination

Book your flight

You book your flight and travel on your own to and from your destination. In other words, you book with your preferred airline (maybe your parents have points to use for paying) and from which airport. Don’t miss to check our recommendations for arrival/departure times and airports, stated on every program page for your specific language course.

We will be waiting for you at the airport

Once you have arrived at the airport, there will be staff waiting for you. After meeting up, you will go together to meet your host family or check in at your campus/hotel. You will also be escorted to the airport when it’s time to return back home.

Please note: In order to get this transfer, you must plan your arrival/departure according to our recommendations, stated on the program page for your specific language course.

Example:
When travelling to the UK, we want you to arrive at London-Heathrow (LHR), London-Stansted (STN) or London-Gatwick (LGW). between 9.00 and 16.00 on the day your course starts. Book your return flight from the same airport. Departure times can be flexible but preferably between 8–20.

Do you need assistance

If you are underaged and would like to have a chaperone assistance, please contact your airline to find out more.
