Information related to the pandemic situation

STS follows government advisories and remains in touch with all of our partners to stay well informed. We always have our students’ and host families’ best at heart and act accordingly.

If you prefer not to proceed with your programme, you have the following options:

• Change destinations (subject to availability)
• Postpone your programme until the next season
• Cancel the programme (full cancellation terms apply)

If you would like to make a change to your programme, please contact your local STS office as soon as possible.

If you are unable to travel because of the pandemic situation

If there are travel restrictions in place at the time of your departure, that prevent you from travelling, we will first try to reschedule your programme to another destination or a later date. If that is not possible, we will refund the programme fee in accordance with the applicable laws in your country.
